For your convenience, BEAUTYFLY offers both standard and express delivery within Australia, using Australia Post.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

A signature is required when your order is delivered, so we recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card advising you to collect your order from your local post office.

If you have any special instructions relating to your delivery, please indicate these in the comments section upon finalising your purchase.

Orders will be delivered on business days only. Please note, the number of business days estimated below begins the day after your order is dispatched. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

How long is the processing time?

Our process time is 1-2 working days.

Please note this is only an approximation. During the Christmas period, orders can take longer. This does not include public holidays.

How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next day of dispatch.

Can I cancel / change my order?

Yes, we accept any changes to an order.Β  Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. Β If your order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

What if the item I received is not what I ordered?

Please contact us so we can arrange for the correct item to be delivered.

I ordered multiple items, why did i only receive one?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.Β  So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!

Where are your items shipped from?

We are Australia owned company.Β  Your order will be dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

I tracked down my order and the status says Return to Sender, what should I do?

In the event that the parcels were returned to us, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to send you a replacement. For UAE / HK customers, please ensure to provide your PO Box or Zip Code (whichever is available) so your local post office can deliver your order(s) to your mail box or door step.

I gave you the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

Mistakes can happen! If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible after placing the order.Β  Any changes can only be made before the processing starts, after your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

NOTE: To all customers that provided a different shipping address than their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and/or if you moved out of the address you provided us.

I am sending this as a gift. Will my recipient see the price?

We don’t dispatch any orders with invoices/prices. You will receive an invoice to your designated email after you have submitted your order.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days within Australia. Overseas customers delivery may takes 10-15 business days depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.Β  The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country.Β  Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon.Β  Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.Β 

How can i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number. Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there.

How do I return/ Exchange something?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must e-mail us to return/exchange your item.

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

*Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return/exchange/refund my order?

EXCHANGES/REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERYΒ 

BEAUTYFLY products collection can be exchange or refund for free of charge. To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT used and in the same condition that you received it along with the original box/packaging and all included cards.

Please contact us to return/exchange your item within 14 days.

NOTE: Customer are responsible for all returns shipping costs.

How does the refund processing?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Β  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Β Β 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

*Please note we can NOT accept refund if the return items is lost in transit.Β  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
